Our client is expanding their IT team and is looking for skilled Database Developers to design and maintain efficient database systems across various UK locations.

Shift and schedule

Qualifications

Essential criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

Essential Skills

Strong understanding of database architecture and normalization
Experience with database optimization techniques
Familiarity with data security best practices

Desirable criteria

Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
Experience with cloud-based databases (AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL)

Experience

Essential criteria

At least 2 years of experience in database development

Desirable criteria

Experience in designing databases for large-scale applications
Experience in database migration and integration
